The land located on the north-west corner of Church & Charles was assembled for residential development. Acquired 2 parcel and partnered with adjoining land owner for assembly to create 22,500 sq ft of land for potential rezoning.

Over 3 years, the land was rezoned for a 47-storey tower of approximately 320,000 sq ft of residential space. It was ultimately sold to a major developer.
